The league currently runs the Anon Cup, Anon Plate, Gunson Cup and the Gunson Plate competitions.
The Anon cup competition is a straight forward knockout competition between teams from all divisions, there being three divisions in all, every team in the hat for the draw.
The Anon Plate was resurrected a few seasons ago after a few years absence. The competition is for first round losers from the Anon Cup.
In the ever popular Gunson cup competition each team receives a handicap from the committee for each round. This provides plenty of interesting results with teams from the lower divisions proving difficult to beat by higher placed teams (a chance for the minnows).
